Fall Color Viewing with a beautiful stay

Easy check-in. Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Modern with a rustic twist. Surroundings were beautiful.

The location is so cute. Very safe and close to town. I originally booked the cabin - the door did not really work well with the little automatic lock so I only had the keys upper lock. Which was fine.. the cabin was beautiful and clean. There was a mouse in the cabin so at midnight I called and the lady she was so sweet she moved me to a deluxe room in the motel. I was so tired but I appreciate their fast response into that. The room was beautiful and quiet and I was able to sleep!

The room appeared to be recently updated. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here. If you want to sleep in, do not get room 23 as it backs up to the kitchen. Other than that a great place

Would not stay again.

Upon arriving was not what advertised. The grounds were upkept, roads had pot hole after pothole. Advertised Mountain View’s which was the only reason I chose this cabin . My view was of brush and lawnmower. No stopper in bathroom for bath, pedestal sink was cracked worried to lean on it at all for it might break. This lodge is set up more for hunters and kids who come up to ski, not for couples looking to get away and relax. Breakfast was good , bed was comfortable and cabin was clean .

Booked the cabin for my son's 20th birthday and planned to cook and use the oven. I went to make some coffee once we checked in and noticed mice droppings in the box where the creamer was. Then saw the rest of the creamers empty behind the microwave and tons of mice droppings. Below the sink was dirty and had mice droppings and no cleaning supplies. The oven was dirty so we couldn't use it. Luckily I had brought my cast iron skillet and a few utensils to use so we made due with that for dinner. The following morning the mouse has returned and left droppings on the counter again so we didn't cook breakfast in the cabin and opted to go eat in town. On the positive side, The property manager was quick at responding and sent someone to clean the droppings within the hour. She gave us a $50 discount. But at that point I felt paying $300 for the night was overkill since we didn't use the kitchen as had planned.

Contactless check in and check out, no main office. The hotel was just a few miles from downtown Pagosa Springs and was just off the highway, but super quiet and peaceful. Rooms were clean, and well stocked. Breakfast in the mornings was great! Only minor complaint was some noisy neighbors upstairs. Otherwise a great stay!

The cabin was clean but the bed was terrible and there is on on site personnel to help with immediate needs. We had limited towels, the ceiling fan didn't work and no one ever addressed it while we were there during a terribly smokey period of time. After 3 contacts over 2 days, someone finally showed up with more towels and trash bags but no resolution to the ceiling fan issue. We will definitely not be returning and can't recommend staying here. Bottom line-no personal touch! Virtual check in and barely anyone present other than the breakfast cook on the property.
