OUTSTANDING! Everything about our stay at The Drift was top notch. Passing through Pagosa Springs on our way to Santa Fe from Mesa Verde, we needed a place to rest and relax for the night. What a gem this place is; we couldn’t have been more pleased. Well-planned and executed indoor and outdoor spaces made us feel safe and comfortable. The cabin was clean and tidy, with all the amenities we needed. Don’t hesitate to stay at The Drift! You’ll love it.

The Drift - A place to relax and enjoy!

The Drift is a wonderful place to stay! We appreciate that it is close to everything, in the heart of Pagosa. We enjoyed the amenities of the common area, the bikes to take leisurely rides and sitting by the fire pit at night listening to the sounds of nature and the river. Awesome place to enjoy nature, to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

The Drift motel is a Gem! Stayed 3 nights, New , Modern, clean, comfy king bed, amazing shower with great toiletries, convenient kitchenette, outdoor communal gas FP grill, and covered picnic area. Best location, next to San Juan river & bike trail, w/bikes available for your use. Located across from the hot springs resort, easy walk and to the Roots coffee shop,w/ delicious breakfast treats, We had great food at Kips Grill & Cantina, Thai Pagosa, and Sage, best green Chili burger and green chili fries. ( we go to Santa Fe a lot) Only place to stay in Pagosa Springs! Do it!

Great place you've got there. The only thing I can recommend is keep pet rooms as pet rooms. I think our room had a pet unit previously because the two of us started having allergic reactions the two nights there. Outside the room the allergies stopped. But other than that, we loved it!

Cannot wait to go back!

I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed The Drift! We went on a ski trip with friends, who had a lot of kids with him. The cabin are well-planned with plenty of space and great sleeping design including the bunks. I really appreciated the blackout shades to block exterior lighting. Loved the patio design with bbq & fire pit. Close to the river and The Root coffee shop were a bonus. Initial driving locations were difficult but once we knew where to turn, finding The Drift is a breeze. Definitely a do-over!

Very modern centrally located studio hotel

The Drift is a great centrally located hotel/studio that is next to the San Juan River in Pagosa Springs. You're easily within walking distance to the hot springs that is across the river. The hotel is simple to find. It is a newly built, very modern hotel and is more like a studio apparent then a traditional hotel which my family and I prefer.

Pagosa Springs Perfection

The ideal downtown Pagosa Springs complete with access to an off the beaten path hot spring just a few hundred feet below the property. This place is perfect in every way and the beds were uber comfy.

Innovative and cool

This place is excellently designed for the stay in Pagosa Springs. Close to downtown, pools and shops. They thought of everything you might need in the cabin and the cabin is efficiently built. Great for me and two teenagers.

This is such a great lodging option for parents traveling with kiddos. Ours really appreciated the bunk bed option. We loved the little kitchenette which allowed us to enjoy our after hike beverages in glasses, which makes a big difference when you’re in vacation mode. We didn’t use the fire pits because we were also visiting with family staying nearby, but they looked like a wonderful place to take in the mountain scenery. We’ll give them a shot next time we’re in town.
