I orderet this place for the pool and spa and . And the it was not working and it is a long time since it have been working. So this is not right we have too pay full price for rhe room , you cant have it online when this is not working this is not okay.

Nice location to stop on our trip from Prescott, AZ to Bishop, CA. Plenty of good options for a meal, either at the hotel or in town.

The hotel was the worst Best Western I have stayed in. The bed was comfy but the room grubby. The air conditioning was so noisy and the TV did not work. I reported to Reception and she said there was nothing she could do as no Maintenance on site. I also asked to be moved but told not possible as fully booked. Breakfast was sparse, a member of staff spend her time floating around but did not refil. Total lack of staff professionalism, Best Western you need to look at this.

Great place for a family stay, breakfast was nicely served and tasty. Rooms were very clean and well managed. Loved the regular sized soap and lotion in the bathroom, was great because we had forgotten ours. Pool was clean and fun for the kids.
