I have nothing but positive things to say except that what should’ve been a refund in the security deposit in 24-72 hours turns into two weeks. Otherwise it was a great experience, buffet was amazing food, friendly staff and very pretty hotel grounds.

The Olancha RV park and motel is in a unique and beautiful location. The sunrise in the mountains is beautiful. The motel is in module trailers (clean with heating). Some modules and the restaurant was under construction. The restaurant (Olancha cafe) was working during the renovations and the food was delicious.

Easy for travel through the area, very serious about not checking untill 3, like make you wait for 5 minutes at 255. Pool closed but resort fee unchanged. Staff at buffet very helpful and awesome.

Not satisfied for couple of reasons. Not responding for multiple calls to pass information for late checkin, alloted one king bed instead of two queen beds that we booked initially, no water in alloted king room and given different room which was in other block, atleast no room service in midnight for shifting lagguage. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner were not provided

We had to walk through a smoke filled casino to check in. When we got to our room we had some questions for the front desk and they would not answer their phone. The towels are so rough I thought they broke my skin.

Good location, comfortable stay
Hotel room was clean and decent. Check in took so long, they have to take all adult ID’s and then list everyone’s kids staying per room. Probably for safety. But the information could’ve been requested during booking. Only one lady doing check in and not friendly. Does not smile or communicate anything. Just asking for IDs and giving keys. No room service. We called to ask for housekeeping several times and no one answers. You only get to leave message and no one calls back. If you need to ask for something, you need to go to the reception again. Strong cigarette smell in the casino. Good thing rooms are located outside and no need to enter Casino to go through your rooms. Stay was still generally good. We were able to sleep.
