Lovely decor, modern & clean, rooms were great, comfy bed & most importantly comfy pillows. Good choice for breakfast and there is s car park underground but the spaces are small & there aren’t many as you would expect in a hotel in this area. I have stay d before & will stay again

Nice hotel poor for a Mercure hotel

The hotel overall was clean and the staff especially Alex were very helpful. However if a coach party was in you couldn't eat in the restaurant as they didn't have the capacity in the kitchen. On more then one occasion at breakfast they had ran out of cups so no tea or coffee. Also it was rare there was a laid table you were left to find a table and then the cutlery etc. In the everyone night then bar ran out of wine glasses. The housekeeping was hit and miss I think we had a bottom sheet that was to small as under the pillow was just the matrress cover this was left all our stay. Also when we first arrived we had bottled water this was never replaced and I had to go to reception to get some. I have stayed in other Mercure hotels so overall was disappointed as usually they are much better.

Overnight Business Trip

Overall good, but a bit of confusion at breakfast surrounding food allergies and what was good or not. Room was nice and quiet (rear facing) so slept well. Parking 1st come first served £15/night
