Good position, rooms are basic but clean and tidy. No lift for 2nd floor unfortunately, but not much they could do about that. Wifi was pretty much useless, couldnt do anything whilst connected. Eventually turned wifi off and used mobile data

The hotel is in the perfect position just down from the wharf. It has plenty of parking. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little old but absolutely clean, the beds are plush with plenty of pillows and doonas. The bathroom is well equipped and clean with a shower only. There was a bit of noise in the hallways at night so sound does carry, but not the hotel's fault. Would def recommend this hotel to others and stay here again if I was visiting the Bay of Islands.

Short break away in Paihia, hotel suite was pretty much as expected clean, comfortable well equipped a few fixtures etc a bit tired looking in places . Hotel handily located close to all Paihia attractions.
