ไม่มีใจรักการบริการ 😒😒 จองไว้ตัดเงินเรียบร้อย พอไปถึงทางรีสอร์ทแจ้งว่าเขาไม่ได้ลงแอพการจองผ่านแอพใดๆไว้ คือถ้าไม่ลงไม่เคยลงมันจะไปอยู่ในแอพได้ยังไง แต่ถึงยังไงก็แล้วแต่ลูกค้าไปถึงรีสอร์ทคุณแล้ว คุณไม่คิดต้อนรับลูกค้าสักนิดเลยเหรอ คืออาจจะหาวิธีทางออกให้ลูกค้าว่าตอนนี้เราไม่ได้รับจองผ่านแอพแล้ว แต่เรายังคงรับเงินสดนะคะ อาจจะให้ส่วนลด หรืออะไรก็แล้วแต่ที่ให้ลูกค้ารู้สึกดี เพราะการที่ลูกค้าเลือกรีสอร์ทคุณแสดงถึงความชอบความพึงพอใจในรีสอร์ทของคณแล้ว แค่คุณไม่เอาแต่ปฏิเสธลูกค้า ลูกค้าก็จะไม่รู้สึกแย่มากก็ได้ นี่เอาแต่ปฏิเสธเราไม่มีลงในแอพค่ะ เราไม่มีลงในแอพค่ะ พูดซ้ำๆแค่เนี้ย คือรู้สึกแย่มากๆๆๆๆๆๆ ก็ต้องเสียเวลาหารีสอร์ทใหม่ จองใหม่ ถ้าไม่มีใจรักบริการก็อย่าทำเลยค่ะ สงสารลูกค้า
