Stayed twice

We stayed here twice - at either end of The loop. The hotel minding our bags for us for the two nights we were away. Facilities vs cost then this property ticks all The boxes for a budget friendly, Reasonably quiet stay. The room was clean and had good facilities (fridge and hot water) for the money. A drying rail in the bathroom was a nice touch. The room was a little short on power sockets (especially when using a converter) and the to in our first room didn’t work and the a/c was stuck on a 45 minute cut off cycle. The second room was much better but on a slightly lower floor so you got a little road noise. I found the bed uncomfortable/too hard- but it didn’t seem to bother my husband

Even though Orbitz made me think I had a free breakfast. The hotel staff went out of their way to give us coffee and Vietnamese breakfast in the morning. They were quite kind, and very hospitable. I left some kip on the table as a tip. When I got back they gave the money back to me and said they could not accept the tip. That I was valued guest and I would be treated as such!

A bit noisy if you’re on the front street. Well located close to market. Friendly staff. Rooms clean. Nice to sit on balcony watch the people.

Good value for money hotel

Centrally located, restaurant and shopping area, right on the main road, 2 km walk straight along from the airport. Clean and tidy hotel, good rate for money exchange in the hotel premises

Nice hotel to stay in. The double bedrooms are really nice for this price. We had tried a nearby hotel before that did not compare to Lamkham. Double were clean, spacious enough, with everything was as described

Central clean hotel

Basic clean and centrally located. Good air con, more than adequate hot water. Comfortable bed, with hard pillows ( what’s that about?). No kettle or food options but lots of good cafes and restaurants very close

The room was superficially clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was hot and overall the bathroom was good. The main frustration was that as the hotel has no frontage, your corridor is open to the main road with no relief from traffic noise.

Cheap but dirty room.

It's good hotel for the poor travelers. The hotel is situated near the morning market ,so local food is possibly to get at a cheap price.

Average stay, nothing more nothing less!

Location was easy to find, with many good restaurants around. Staff generally don't have very good English and aren't willing to help unless you want to use their money exchange service. Room was not clean, sheets and towels were stained and marked to death. A/C was very cold, which was a positive; so was the free water provided daily. The beds weren't overly bad. Bathroom again not very clean and shelves damaged, but free toiletries were provided. Just your average budget hotel really, you get what you pay for.
