Hotels location is really. This is my second time staying at this hotel. Its clean considering its in the middle of the jungle. Staff is always friendly. Came last year same dates and it was so peaceful. Its good if you are staying only a day or two. Clean inexpensive and friendly staff

I asked for a quiet room and somebody got into the room above at 4 AM in the morning tapping on the floor, dragging furniture, making banging noise, talking, etc. THAT’S HARASSMENT !!!

Everything was good. The place is next to the jungle which it was a plus. Lots of humidity so be aware. I am only giving a four stars because one of the rooms a/c made a lot of noise and was not able to get a good night rest. Also the pool had no lighting and after a long trip from touring, we wanted to take a dip but it was all dark. Room are clean and lots of space. Beds are also very clean and comfortable. Lots of different birds to see which made it very nice to hear them in the morning. Food is great and the service was great. If you want to avoid crowds, come between November 23 to December 12. Not too many people and you will avoid Mexicos vacation rush. But be aware of the pergrimage people of the virgen de guadalupe. They will slow the flow of traffic and cause you at times headaches to get to your destination. Over all we had a great time and nice stay. I definitely recommend this hotel

Las fotos que se publican en su pagina no son actuales ya que son fotos de cuando abrieron el establecimiento, al llegar al hotel fue triste ver la realidad. No recomiendo este hotel muy mala experiencia.
El techo de lado que nos toco el cuarto mucha humedad y rotas.
Lo mismo falta mucho manteniemiento al establecimiento en la noche quise salir a buscar una bolsa que deje en el auto y apagan las luces de los pasillos en total oscuridad.
En el area de la alberca principal esta lo mas terrible los baños parecen abandonados y la humedad por todas parte.
Esta es lo mas feo yo queriendo disfrutar la alberca al maximo y el musgo en las paredes de la alberca estaba por todas partes, faltando locetas en el piso de la alberca.
