This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was centrally located next to a large square. Our room had a fantastic view of the palazzo. The area was great for walking, and there were high-end stores nearby. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Rooftop dining had an excellent atmosphere and good service.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and clean, if spartan room. Our room overlooked the Piazza Politeama so it was a bit noisy if we opened the window but fairly quiet otherwise. The location is excellent, right where the daily pedestrian passegiata starts (or ends) and only a 5-10 minute walk to the Teatro Massimo and "party zone" full of bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar and restaurant are small but the food was excellent and the views of Palermo and surrounding mountains are gorgeous.

Perfect modern hotel near everything!!
We both absolutely loved this hotel - it was great to stay at a modern hotel after traveling around Sicily. The location is perfect, tons of shopping and restaurants across the piazza. We did not expect to have breakfast there, so it was a very nice surprise to be informed that it was complimentary! The breakfast itself had something for everybody, it was an excellent spread. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was very spacious. The shower pressure was absolutely phenomenal although the shower itself wasn't large. . The hotel staff was lovely from the front reception to the staff working the breakfast buffet. The front staff arranged our taxi pickup to the airport and the taxi was prompt, excellent stay!

Property is perfectly located. Staff was helpful and all speak English. The breakfast was lovely The rooftop bar is an essential stop before heading out to dinner. Make sure to make reservations for the rooftop, it gets very busy.

The hotel was clean and modern in a very safe area, and with the windows closed, it was very quiet. The breakfast was excellent! On the negative side, the room was VERY spartan and poorly furnished. It was also a 20 minute walk from the main entertainment and dining area. Next time we will look for something closer to the historic center.
