Staff was fantastic.
I really wanted to like this hotel because The employees were outstanding. I mean really amazingly friendly and warm and welcoming. I really felt like I was among friends. That being said, the rest of the hotel not so much. My lamp looked like someone had punched it - it had a hole in it. The bath products were horrible. I could not find a USB port in the entire room. Thank God I had packed my converter. There were no blackout drapes. Fortunately I sleep in any kind of light cuz if I didn't I'd have been awake all night. The Wi-Fi was fine. I did not eat breakfast so I couldn't rate the food. My door locks were loose. I wasn't sure if the door was actually really locked. The place was clean. I know it was. The staff did a great job but I felt dirty the whole time I was there. I don't know what to say I I just won't go back. Sorry. Even though they don't service the rooms the entire time you're there. Of course I still left a tip cuz the staff was great just for my interactions in the hall and at the front desk. The bathroom was 100% clean but there were like mold stains in the grout.

The property looks nice. However our room was clearly not cleaned. The bedding was fresh but the bathroom had not been touched. Mirror had spots all over it and the tub had hair in it. Not a little either. I had to clean the toilet before using it. The room carpet was dirty and overall not clean. The staff was dutiful but not very friendly. The breakfast offered was not put out until very late. We ended up eating on the road since they weren’t prepared at 7:30am to provide anything including no coffee. Not worth the price at all.

The room that we booked turned out to be very quiet, conveniently located and was a great value. It was bigger than expected. We would stay there again.

Need to hire new cleaning staff!
Check-in was great. The lady that helped us was quick and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. However, the room was NOT clean. The bathroom was so gross I had to clean it before we used it. Also, the lamps in the room were dusty, broken and rusted. Everything pretty much had a layer of dust or grime on it. Room was very outdated. Spent $144 on the room and was very disappointed in what we got. If it hadn’t been so late when we checked-in we would have asked for a new room.
