The Room and Lobby were very clean and smelled great. The staff was incredibly friendly and interacted with us everyday. One of the issues we faced was the pool was dirty most of the times we went with bugs and debris on the surface and bottom. It also made your skin feel slimy at times. There is no umbrellas at the tables to keep you out of the Florida Sun which definitely limits the pool activities. We went a couple of times and there were NO pool towels available. We also use the Fitness Room including the treadmill and Eliptical. The treadmill was very poorly maintained especially the rust issues on the rollers and lack of belt lubrication. This room was also extremely hot and humid especially with multiple users. It could definitely use some sort of Fan or better ventilation. If the issues were corrected we would definitely stay here again

While this is not the newest most up to date hotel, it's small and quiet while being close to everything you might need.
