Do not Recommend!

Do not recommend. Booked as there was a family emergency and had to fight the spring break crowds. Paid almost $300, with dog fees to stay in a sub par (rated and reviewed lower than others) room that smelled like marijuana and mold. The toilet was clogged at checkin and I was given was a plunger and told maintenance can come the next day. Only entrance to the hotel is the front door- so waking a dog in the middle of the night is a chore. The contract we had to sign for the dog was lengthy and outrageous, filled with additional costs at their discretion. No dogs allowed on the bed, if so bring your own blankets or they will charge if they see evidence of it. Thankfully we had a blanket in the car. I took photos of how we left the room in case they wanted to claim differently. None of this is outlined on their website or any 3rd party site so be aware. The positive is that there is no carpet. The breakfast looked good, I did not have any. The staff at check in and check out were very nice. Overall- yuck- will never stay here and I would never recommend.

Check-in was easy and staff pleasant. We were upgraded to a suite with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good too. The only drawback was a strange odor in the living room part of the suite, but we closed the door and the bedroom was fine.

This location is close to family in the area and that is why I selected this property. The rooms are showing signs of aging. The carpets are old and could use cleaning or replacing. The beds were comfortable and it was easy to adjust the temperature in the room. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all friendly and accommodating. It's also nice that this location offers cookies in the evening for their guests. Overall my stay was pleasant.

Good service but horrible night stay

This was the absolute worst night stay at a hotel. The air conditioner was broke in our room and they were sold out so we could not get another room. They were accommodating with bringing us fans that made it bearable to sleep for the one night. The front desk guy was very helpful as well as the manager the next morning. My whole issue with this was that they already knew the air was broke in this room. I booked this room a good 6 weeks out, so I should not have been given the broke air room, no one should. It should have been considered sold out to others before we arrived that evening.
