This property could have been very nice and worth the money but it wasn't and left a lot to be desired. We will not stay there again. For a quick get away - everything was just too stressful. Pros: -Great views of the ocean -Near lots of activities and dining -Very nice pool and hot tub area -Beach attendant was very pleasant and helpful Cons: -Unorganized service and staff -Had to call 4 times to the front desk for service in our room and eventually had to go to the front desk -Staff left both room doors open and unsecured while we were out (luckily nothing was taken) -Food was just ok

The hotel is relatively well kept and has had upgrades since our last visit. The ocean front room we booked opened to the outdoor seating area and not a balcony so request anything but the 1st floor oceanfront. They could not move us to another oceanfront so we downgraded to a 2nd floor non view option for privacy and we hoped quiet. Room 208 must be across the hall from the staff banquet service area and the service doors slammed until after midnight with loud and disruptive conversations continuing on until nearly 1am from event related issues I assume. I’d say without the noise this would have been a good value play hotel and overall nice. Room’s shower had only like warm water and was not cleaned well either. The staff was apologetic but not much I can say other than we had a bad stay. I’d give it another try knowing what we know about locations now but was unfortunate layout and I’m sure this is a common complaint in these areas…

Poorly managed on very front. Constant knocking on my door by staff, despite do-not-disturb sign. Charged for room I already paid to a third party. No one vacuums. Guests complained about everything while we were there. The oceanfront setting and decent food are good but the hotel needs better managers and staff needs training!

It was just alright. $500.-$600. I could have stayed at the 4 seasons . The rooms floor was full of sand when we arrived. I asked the girl when I saw her in the morning if she can clean it. When I got back still sand. Why no vacuuming ? Pool water cold not heated. Some drunks that were at the pool was not even staying at the hotel . they lived on the other side of Dixie . they had their music with speakers loud I did go over and asked them to lower it but the more they drank the louder it got . they were trash. I’m disappointed I wanted to treat my daughter to the perfect vacation

Everything was absolutely great! The front desk service, the room the view everything. The only thing that sucked was that the shower water did not get hot at all.. other than that our visit was wonderful!!
