The bedding was obviously, “well loved.” Neighbors partied until 3am. We had someone repeatedly try to forcefully open our door on the second night. The kitchenette was a closet with an extremely low wattage microwave and a mini-fridge. The ice machine in our building was broken. The elevator in the other was also. There were three locks on the door, only one of which operated. Drywall repairs looked as though they were attempted by an eight year old.

The property is run down and requires repairs and upgrades. The elevator was out of service and the property was messy. A tall ladder was standing on the second floor set landing unsecured. Garbage bags in the hallways. The room was clean but the bath had a brown ring in it. The bed was old, lumpy and needs replacing.

Horrible beds that made it impossible to sleep. Woke up to puddle of water from the fridge. Bad karaoke and loud music from the tiki club. The check in process was not clear - emails and text messages requesting pictures and IDs to be submitted online. I was not comfortable sending that online. The phone number provided is for texting and there is no one you can "talk" with. I got not response to my texts.
