Beds were too small double beds. Smoking tenants or people staying constantly on patios. Noisy tiki bar every Saturday night. Room service to clean room only as requested and has to be 24 hours in advance. Also small roaches in room so not clean like a true 3 star!

The check in process was ridiculous. You have to fill out a page. they make you uploaded pictures of your license 3 different times. They make you take a picture of yourself. Enter your car info. If you have people stsying with you, you need pictures of their licenses and pictures of themselves. You cant do it at the hotel, they refuse your stay if you don't do it. The staff wasnt friendly (during check in or check out). The bed was a super old spring mattress that creaked a squeaked with every movement. Extremely uncomfortable. You have to sign into YOUR netflix account if you want to watch something. The "patio" was a tiny area of turf. No flip lock or chain lock on the inside of the door. If i didn't just work 13 hours and was dead tired I would have found somewhere else. I most definitely will not stay there again. Felt more like a motel than a hotel.

Fantastic front desk staff. Exceptionally clean. No hassle anything. Patio is my favorite place with their delicious free in room coffee. You just can’t get all of this anywhere else for 3x the cost. Pool and spa were perfect temps. Service at the poolside tiki bar was outstanding. Found it a month ago. Back twice already. Whatever negative reviews you ve read, I assure you the issues have been resolved. Trust a frequent traveler.

Our staying in Boca Plaza, was so great. They have an excellent customer service and a restaurant, tiki bar and music wonderful. They were so kind with us, because they performed a Latin music mixed with disco music. The food in the restaurant was so good, especially the breakfast.

Low water pressure, hit or miss on hot water, dishes were only sink cleaned in the room, so I was afraid to use them. Neighbors were extremely loud. Quiet is at 11pm, I waited until after midnight to let the office know and they said that I could call the police. They finally talked to them around 1am and they quieted down. Cigarette butts all over. Looks like the room suffered from water damage. The room never gets dark because the curtains don't close all of the way and they keep the lights on all night outside.

Everything is bad. I visited that hotel 5 times in the past and over the last several years it went from three star to one star. it’s extremely unsanitary because they do not collect garbage from the garbage cans for days so people just throw garbage everywhere and litter is everywhere and no one cares to clean the floors . Doors in the units are all broken. The doors do not close properly . They advertised it as keyless, but the keyless locks are all broken so you end up with small keys you carry around. Rooms Don’t have hot water and warm water with no pressure. ACs in most units are broken and create a lot of noise. they don’t provide soap or lotions, the lightning is extremely weak. They have very weird people on the properties. a lot of people smoke weed or cigarettes outside of the rooms because they live there long-term. We didnt feel safe. The experience was so awful that I had to buy membership to the local gym to use hot water there, to shower there because there’s no hot water in the hotel . Stay away!
