We love the Canopy hotels and this one is great!
The Canopy is beautiful! We had a wonderful time! We got off the Brightline train and walked just a few nice blocks to check in. They held our luggage since we were early and we explored City place on bikes for lunch and shopping. When we came back to check in, they had already put our luggage in our room... nice touch. The room was large and clean and super comfortable with a great view of the city. We enjoyed the rooftop pool which has a connected restaurant and bar. The walkway around the pool is narrow, but the seating was adequate. There is a view of the ocean in the distance on one side. The Service was 7 out of 10. I only say that because we had to ask 4 times for pool towels. We ate breakfast in the downstairs restaurant, that is created to be like underground, like under a huge tree, in a cool way. Food was delicious and they had healthy options. We always look for Canopy hotels wherever we travel.

Lovedddd the hotel! It’s simply beautiful and bed was so comfy. The bar in the terrace was amazing! I would stay again in a heartbeat! The only thing was that I did not realized parking was not included and it’s pretty pricey, specially if you are bringing 2 cars. Between parking the 2 cars a tip for the guys was an extra $102 for the night.

The hotel was a beautiful hotel that is centrally located for easy access to many restaurants and shops. We had to notify maintenance about our outlets and USB ports were not working. The issue of the outlets were fixed, but not the USB ports. The front desk was able to provide us a box in order for us to charge our phones.

Improvement is needed.
We arrived at the hotel at 5 p.m., but unfortunately, one of the rooms was not ready. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a strong, unpleasant odor, and the cleanliness of the toilets left much to be desired. Before we left for dinner, we requested that the receptionist inform housekeeping to attend to the room. However, upon our return, we found that nothing had changed. While the hotel boasts a nice and modern appearance, its maintenance is clearly lacking. Overall, I am quite disappointed.
