Disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. The tub was filthy, the mattress has nasty stains all over it, and the fridge was broken and leaked all over the carpet. The front seat was unwilling to address any of these issues and would even allow us to change rooms. Awful experience.

The furniture was in bad condition , the bed was hard also found a roach in the room. The hotel was a non smoking hotel but it smelled nasty like we€d. Overall it was expensive to stay in the conditions we stayed in.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Our issues were the cleanliness of the room(s). The first room smelled horrible. The second room had an odor but not as bad as the first room. The mattress was stained and had no mattress cover. Floors were dirty. Bathroom/ tub was dirty. Again, the staff was great but the actual room itself wasn’t clean at all.

Staff were friendly esp. Hyacinth. Bed was comfortable and lots of pillows. What I didn't like is Breakfast was the same everyday (scrambled eggs & sausage) room was outdated. Needs new paint and new carpet. Limited channels on TV.
