Property is good value. It is pet friendly but you don't notice any signs of it which is good. Rooms are spacious despite being a bit outdated. Loved that I could open my window fully for fresh air! Mini fridge and coffee maker in room but microwave is available in the lobby. Housekeeping is friendly and will give you extras as you request of them (more towels). Elevators are slow but large. Lobby area was decorated nicely for Christmas. Great location for access to FAU, Town Center Mall, I-95 with ample, well-lit parking.

I liked the location. It was convenient to the events that we flew to Florida to attend. What we didn’t like was the unfriendly attitudes displayed by the clerks at the front desk. No one was pleasant. No one smiled. There were noisy people beside us, but that’s not the hotel‘s fault. They finally quieted down so I did not need to reach out to the front desk. Bathrooms need remodeled ! One sink in a double room. We were falling over each other.

Brief check-in, not too friendly, one receptionist on their personal phone. Got a handicap room but didn’t request nor want that. No other options as front desk. Shower in tub with 9 grab bars in bathroom. Hand held shower wouldn’t stay aligned with head to rinse soap. Tub spout leaked so shower didn’t have full water flow. Wall mount AC unit front face fell off when access door was opened to adjust. Definitely a 1-2 star hotel-but what do you expect for under $200/night

The property and room was nice. The room was comfortable and compact, it was a King with a sofa Ed. It would have been difficult to move around if the sofa bed had been used. The continental breakfast was disappointing, limited choices especially for drinks if you don’t drink coffee. Water was not available in the room and the $3 charge for a small bottle of generic water seemed high. Also, Pepsi was the soft drink of choice which is not a favorite. No drink machine was available on the first floor so you have to walk back to the front desk for a drink including water. My room was quite a distance from the front desk.

There are several things that stand out when arriving at a hotel that you've never stayed at before. Accessible parking, the lobby area, cleanliness and the front desk staff. Parking is good, the lobby not much to talk about it's got an unclean feel about it but not dirty. Staff, well if you're okay with the front desk person to have his nice white T-shirt on while chowing down breakfast then you have arrived. A very unprofessional look to be sure. The room is ok, seems clean but dated and there is not one USB outlet anywhere in the room so I was lucky to bring a multi USB charger with me or I'd been out of luck. (That's a definite upgrade needed with today's electronics). Need ICE for your drinks or cooler, join the hunt for a working or existent machine. Floor 2 ice machine out of service, Floor 3 ice machine non existent, Floor 4 ice machine out of service. Back down to the 1st floor and the magic of a working ice machine materialized. If you need a room and for the night and uncaring about several things this will suffice. If you crave a better experience you might try somewhere else, I know next trip I will.
