The bed was comfortable! Better than average. It was fairly quiet there. Pool was nice. I didn't get a chance to try the hot tub, but it looked good. One thing I didn't like about the property is that around the pool, it smelled. I think people let their dogs go to the bathroom in the hedges and bushes surrounding the pool. They could use some signage to discourage letting the dogs "potty" where others congregate. Also, I was disappointed that there were no built-in ports to charge my cell phone. Most hotels I've been to have at the very least, a USB port for a charger cord. Not here. I was at fault for assuming a 3-star hotel would provide that convenience. Live and learn. I would return to this property if I'm in the area again. And this time, I'd bring my own charger base and cord. Btw, Taurus at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine until we went to sleep. At 3 am the room nextdoor was either getting wake-up calls in 5 mins intervals for 2 hours straight or someone kept calling them on their phone "hotel phone" we called the front desk and it stopped for a while then started again. So needless to say the walls are paper thin. Then at 9 am room service came knocking when we had the DND sign on the door and they woke us up once again and said they thought we checked out. If you don't mind not getting any sleep then this is the place for you. You can also hear the highway noise if you are on the east side of the building. Side note the ac worked well!

Hotel was nice, service was good, rooms were clean, quiet location close to FAU. We had A/C issues, room didn't get below 76 degrees. Hotel sent up maintenance immediately once we complained but couldn't be fixed. Hotel was completely booked, so couldn't be moved into another room. Hotel refunded our 1 night stay due to issue.

Bed comfort was really good, nice bedding and pillows. Food options very limited, even the things they said were available were not available. Two day in a row, ordered a bagel only to find they had no cream cheese either day. Front desk staff not terribly helpful, issues checking in as someone with the same last name checked into our room- took a long time to sort out.

Stay here whenever I'm in Boca. The staff can be hit and miss (checkin was excellent but other encounters were just average) but the rooms are big and clean and it has relatively easy access.
