A good brief stay. The drink tickets for happy hour are a nice touch! Though the complementary buffet breakfast seemed a little limited with items.

Work on making the carts more accessible, I had to carry 3 large boxes on 2 occasions during my stay. The carts should be returned after use and kept in the lobby for other guests to use when needed. Apparently the guests use the carts and keep them in their rooms and none of the staff members can assist with this. I was disappointed but everything else was fine.

Property was well outdated and smelled of mold, was offered free drinks at happy hour which was nice but they were comparable to rubbing alcohol in potency which wound me up in the hospital with alcohol poisoning after having only a few drinks (normal amount for me) Also spotted some small cockroaches in a few different locations throughout the property to include inside the room I was staying and on a counter in the breakfast area! Would not stay here again unless some serious renovations take place. And certainly would not recommend the free drinks at happy hour.

Great front desk help and service. Real polite and caring. Amazingly fresh breakfast and selection. The room had fleas or bed bugs. Hole in the wall under the thermostat. No handle on the sliding door to the balcony. The AC kept clicking through the night. There was a cigarette burn in one of the chairs provided.

Quiet and Comfy

I always enjoying staying there. The staff are the friendliest and more than helpful. I think the AC units can use some tuning, but other than that it’s great place to stay.

The customer service was very good and helpful. My A/C filter was too small and made noise throughout the night. The breakfast was amazing especially the omelette bar. I wish there were more food choice for kids for dinner. I would book with you again.
