We are a family of 6. The suite is comfortable with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed also as big as a queen size bed. Pretty comfortable. Blanquets and sheets clean and soft. The bath necessaries are good. The complimentary breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of food in a very nice area and great group of employees that were very nice. This hotel is highly recommended

Room was not clean. Every surface was dirty. Floor was not vacuum. Previous traveler left item in room and it was still there. Toilet was filthy had ring around bowl hadn’t been cleaned for awhile with stains on bathroom floor as well. I did bring management up to view so that they were aware. They were very concerned and offered me dinner at their dining area and a discount. I feel like housekeeping just made the bed and that’s it. I also called down to have the room cleaned and when I arrived back that evening no one had showed to clean it.

This place has definitely declined in quality!
Very disappointed! I have stayed here a few times in the past and the quality and cleanliness has definitely declined! Bathroom has pubic hairs in the tub and smelled like vomit! The young lady at check in was very nice and courteous but that was the best part of our stay. Toilet got clogged on the first use when I went to pee and they couldn’t find a plunger or the maintenance guy for a while. I definitely expected a better stay and hope they do better in the future
