Scary place. Ironing board broken, phone did not work, cannot even call the outside number as no one picks up, no room service. Jacuzzi busted. Elevator kind of shaky. Front desk often unattended. This hotel is an embarrassment to the Hilton chain.

We checked in around 1 AM with our 3-month-old baby and 8-year-old son, hoping to get some rest. Around 3 AM, water started leaking into our bathroom from the room above, flooding the floor. We were moved to another room, but it was dirty and clearly not cleaned for guests. It was stressful, unsanitary, and unacceptable—especially traveling with children in the middle of the night

Katelynn was amazing she made check in superb. The room was great and spacious. The only problem was the wet carpet out of no where between the bedroom door and the living room. Good choice

The facility is beautiful and very clean. The staff is friendly and the food is great. Room was comfortable. Will definitely stay there again. Only issue was the parking charges. $25.00 a day that caught me by surprise.
