Hotel was clean and comfortable. The problem was at check in . Lack of customer service front desk clerk not sure why f his name was Hiram . Was not friendly at all didn’t even look up at us when we walked towards the counter. Waited about 4 minute before he said “are you here to check in, give me your I’d and credit card. Very blunt and not welcoming. Gave me the key to room which by the way was a handicap room That I did not request. I have been a Hilton honors customer and been to very many Hampton this for sure was not what I expected. Breakfast was good! But would not stay again.
