Mostly good. Only negatives were minor: refrigerator compressor noisy, shower head only worked properly, on one os five settings, had to ask for soap dispenser in shower to be filled and no orange juice on first day of three-day stay.

i was awake at 0230 am , 2 guys enter my room with Bear on their hands, thanks god it was Bear. i talk at the morning with conserge and they were very sorry for the mistake, they gave a wrong key to this guys, i was with my wife and felt very very insecure. today you do not have this kind of mistakes. i will wait for a writen apologize from the hotel.

The property was good, but there were bugs in our first room. They changed us to another room and I only found one bug. The room air was not cool at night and it only came on in the morning. The faucet in the bathroom leaked. This hotel for being fairly new it should not have these problems.

Expedia failed me. I’m a dog owner. This hotel is pet friendly. Nowhere in the booking procedure did Expedia say there was a pet fee to stay at this hotel. When I arrived at check in the hotel wanted an additional $75 for my dog to stay in the room! Highway robbery! Why Expedia? Why? I would like you to give me a $75 credit or I will not use Expedia in the future.
