Pros: Staff is exceptional, pool has day beds and isn’t terribly crowded all the time and the access to and service at the beach is excellent. Cons: you’ll need a car. Nowhere is walkable and uber tends to rack up if you’re leaving the property for food. That being said, the cost of concessions here is a little crazy. It cost $100 for 4 margaritas. Tacos and 2 glasses of wine by the pool will run you over $60. A bottle of pelegrino is over $5. Also, water pressure is terrible and towels are very scratchy. Plus the kuerig in my room was broken.

Please is great, they use deceptive practices to get you to book an ocean view room that isn’t really ocean view unless you walk out to the balcony and turn your head. Staff on the beach and pool are great, front desk can use a couple hospitality classes

It was an average check in process for the most part. Summer helped with booking my cabana for tomorrow and was accommodating. The other young lady brushed me off to do it myself even though the site was not working properly. We arrived early and waited until around check in time for the rooms to be cleaned which was ok. The room is more like an ocean view due to an obstructed left side view due to a wall. Requested higher floor but was told hotel was sold out due to holiday weekend. Everything was clean. Also our flight leaves tomorrow at 8. Asked to pay for a late check out was told that the hotel won’t be full but still can’t honor late check out although the request is for my grandsons breathing treatments in a private setting. Not the best stay. Not the worst. Just average.

I recently stayed at this Marriott property and had a pleasant experience overall. The environment was clean and well-maintained, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully designed. I especially appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel. The only downside was that the TV remote in the room wasn’t working, which was a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, everything else met or exceeded expectations. I would definitely consider staying here again and hope that small issues like this are addressed for future guests.

Recommend anyone who wants to go on a solo vacation; I spent 11 nights here and felt so safe, the staff were very friendly and I had everything I needed here. If anyone can have an opportunity to travel alone I highly recommend it, and to stay here. Not one moment did I feel unsafe.
