I slept well on comfortable beds. Since i am elderly, the walk-in shower was a bonus. Also because i am elderly, i found the toilet too low and/or would have liked an assist-bar to help get up from it.

Overall the hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Guest were loud on my floor. However I would recommend if you need a place to sleep.

Our stay was okay.

Check in was slow due to the people in front of us having many questions. A long line grew because of it. A second check- in person should have come out of the office to move things along. Breakfast was okay, but not always restocked until the end of the allotted time. Pancake machine was cute, but pancakes were gummy. Would prefer waffles. A/C in the room made room feel clammy. Beds and pillows were very comfy, so that was a plus. Towels were flimsy. Not enough light in the room.

The first girl at reception was not so nice. When we came back to see if our room was ready the second girl was so sweet. She had piercings and a fun personality. We were so happy with her service we gave her a box of tea from our dinner date. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great.

Won't stay here again

This hotel had gotten good reviews online. However, the room smelled when we got there, I found a roach on the sink on day 2, and we had a leak in the bathroom on our final night. They at least gave us a different room, but overall the hotel is not in great condition. The breakfast was good at least.

Made reservations 5 months ago for an accessible room and got a HEARING accessible room with a low toilet. No handicapped room was available for the 3 days of our stay. Portable commode was provided but demeaning & uncomfortable. Carpeting was worn and scorched in hallway. No reduction in cost was offered when requested. Very aggravating experience for weary travelers. Would never stay there again.
