We arrived after a long road trip. The first room assigned to us smelled like food or something worse and the phone didn’t work. The second room we got was better but there was mold in the bathroom shower and in the morning, there was a roach I had to kill. Maybe they were having a bad day? We got out of there as soon as we could.

Receptionists at the front desk were not polite. Refrigerator in my room was not working and had an unpleasant smell. Room door was not closing shut, had to push against door to get it closed. There was no liner in the shower, only a shower curtain.
