I wanted to have a get away with my wife away from work and household chores to relax and reconnect, La Quinta gave me just that a quiet space to spend with my wife aware from the stress of work and other things, it was more that what I expected for it to be even thou the building is an old building the atmosphere of the place was peaceful. Everything was clean with fresh smell the staff were polite and helpful very close to common areas to shop more than enough for what I was looking for I left the place relaxed and refreshed definitely would return.

This property is NOT at the airport and their rooms are in need of repair. We stayed here two nights in two different rooms at each end of a cruise. The first room had strange anomalies like a shower curtain rod that wasn;t anywhere near the bathroom and did not seem to have a purpose. The second night, there was an issue with the hot water. The maintenance guy had gone home for the day, so it remained an issue. And their shuttle service does NOT run on weekends--we had booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle.

This facility needs some TLC. Stayed there 3 nights had no service, had to ask for towels each day. Found live roaches in room, furniture and tub need refinished. Front Desk personnel were very helpful.

Ive stayed at tons of La Quinta hotels. This was by far the worst stay I’ve had yet. A total of 6 times, an employee had to follow me to my room to use a master key to open our door. I got a set of 4 (NEWLY PROGRAMMED) set of keys and I had to help the manager (of some sort) replace the batteries on the door and STILL didn’t fix the issue. It’s super annoying that anytime me and my girl went to our room, we had to be followed. This made a great day turn to crap. Charged so much money for nothing but problems.

This property is so under maintained and very poorly cleaned. We had 2 rooms, AC didn’t work in either. There were fake eyelashes and hair on the first bed. The free breakfast was a joke. And the free shuttle only applies to people who don’t need dropped off/picked up before 10:30 am. I only stayed here because i was an idiot who chose a non refundable room.

There is a stinky smell when you enter the hotel lobby and the room is terrible smell as well the bathroom stinks and floor always wet and they never mop the floor mouldings came off already never fixed this hotel needs a reconstruction and thorough deep cleaning.

The web site advertised airport shuttle transportation. FALSE ……A LIE!!!! The truth is limited shuttle transportation available on Monday to Friday. The hotel also demanded a $100 damage deposit at checkin. And the deposit could only be paid by the person checking in. No information about that requirement on web site.

It was clean and convenient. Staff was nice, parking good and well lit. It was a bit of a surprise that the room was totally planned for wheelchair access. Which is a good thing, other than there was no countertop or shelf to put toiletries, and space taken up for wheelchair access meant VERY tiny closet and no room for dresser or other place to put our clothing and such. Not even a hook in the bathroom. These could be done and still accommodate those in need of the ADA facility

Staff was great especially Vicky! Although the room was clean, it was very dated . The bathtub had an area where the non slip material was lifting up a lot and there are few accessible outlets for charging phones etc.. finally found some under the desk and cords are barely long enough to get them up on the desk and there are none by the bedside tables . The ones by the sink don’t hold the charger they are too loose and drop out.

When checking in, clerk's attention was interrupted by 2 employees (not urgent, just conversation). Areas in bathroom had grout falling away from tub. Inconvenient layout of room (sink in main bedroom, none in bathroom).Water was less than lukewarm, also only trickled from bathroom faucet. impossible to shower. No 24 hr. transportation to airport even though advertised shuttle available to airport (no hours were given).

Pet stains

The room was dirty and pet stains everywhere. We only had 1 washcloth for linens and 3 towels. The bed was comfortable but the smell of deodorizer trying to hide the smell of pet stains just makes for a long night.

It was clean the staff were very friendly but this is an old property, the area is nice and safe if your just looking for a clean quiet place to sleep this is it. If you want a palm beach resort you’re going to be disappointed. I’d stay here again we basically just slept here and went fishing all day. The toilet kept running on and off and the water pressure wasn’t great in the shower but the breakfast and coffee were very good.
