Would not stay here ever again. Rooms were extremely outdated and in need of some severe TLC. One of our rooms didn’t even have hot water. Do not recommend.

Management team needs to learn how to respect the clean-mates and talk nicer to the mates. We are all human beings. Be nice to each other, they are your co- worker. Carpets are not clean and old. Needs to spend some monies to make monies.

Not the best and not the worst.

Overall our stay was just ok. Reserving the room was easy. The employees were friendly. The building is a little outdated and has a smell which could be from humidity and the building being older. The bed was comfy but the room definitely felt very humid. Continental breakfast was good. I would say for a one nights stay it’s a decent place. If you are looking for more luxury and a newer building this isn’t the spot. I do feel it was a bit overpriced.

Dirty, run down, smelly, rude staff We have stayed at La Quintas all over the country and never had an issue… until now. We got there at 10 and we knew checkin was at 3 but we’ve NEVER had an issue with a little bit early check in.. until now, the rude man at the desk said our room wasn’t ready but if we paid $75 we could have our room now. It was like he didn’t want to help us because we booked through Expedia. While we waited we heard the staff fighting with each other about how bad the pay was, and heard the manager (I think) putting down the staff. No wonder they are rude to guests. Then he finally checked us in at 3:00 PM. The whole place was run down and in need of an update. The headboard had stains, the bathtub was cracked, and the drain was rust stained, and there was questionable droppings in the corner. This is the kind of place you wear your flip flops in the shower. To make matters worse the room stunk like mildew. We will NEVER stay here again and probably not at a La Quinta again. Expedia should seriously look into their contract with this location as they definitely treated us differently because we booked through Expedia.

The bed was nothing but springs that they might have laid on in Little House on the Prairie. I’ve seen better bathrooms at a hospital facility with a stomach bug outbreak. The lady that checked me in was beyond rude. Had I known it was going to be this way- I would’ve slept in my car.

Not a good stay

This hotel was overpriced on Hotels.com for what I received at this hotel. The room was very worn out looking -definitely needs updating and repairs. The door didn’t shut completely closed unless you used extra force because the door frame was a bit mangled. The mattress was just okay as far as comfort but the pillows felt old and lumpy; which was very uncomfortable. The toilet stopped working. When I tried to call the front desk to inform them - I could not because the phone in the room was not working either. Upon check out , I informed the clerk behind the desk, and all he could offer was “ I’m sorry to hear that”.

Overall it was ok. The shuttle was great. Our bathroom light kept flickering when we were using it. The elevator was making questionable noises. The shower was dirty and cold. Was it absolutely terrible? No. But it does need some updating and electrical work done to figure out that light issue.

After being refunded by the hotel, Expedia refused to give me my money back. I have documentation of the hotel, not having hot water of the sheets, being wet. I have video footage as well as a document from the hotel, stating that my room was refunded since their printer didn’t work.

Save yourself and book something else!

Front desk wasnt friendly at all. Before even entering the room you could tell our door had been kicked in multiple times. The door was so bad it was hard to get in and out of our room. The beds were hard and not clean. Seriously way to expensive for the crap hole this place is!!! Avoid at all cost!
