A pleasant stay

The hotel was beautiful, great proximity to beach. Service is quite slow in all areas…dinner took a long time at Drift, we were there for about 2 hours, and breakfast the next morning took over 45 min for a pick up order. The front desk staff was pleasant and housekeeping was phenomenal. In summary, gorgeous hotel…average service, aside from housekeeping who again was amazing.

We enjoyed the peacefulness of Isla Bella Resort. Convenient location on Marathon with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and excursions nearby with Key West less than an hour away. The beach on property was less than expected, but it’s mostly due to the low tide. Pools were clean, rooms were spacious, clean, and AC worked great! Excellent property, would highly recommend.

Property is nice, clean, great amenities , excellent location. Staff at Drift and Tammy fender spa were absolutely amazing. Valet are awesome and definitely the people to talk to for any assistance in hotel. Those guys are all awesome.
