The first receptionist was very very nice, contrary to the one there during our check out. The beds were good but unfortunately, the bathroom and bedroom were infested with little insects and bedbugs, some if which have entered my bags and followed me home. We complained but the receptionist said nothing, not even an apology

They need more help.

I was really disappointed about this RESORT I expected more. The first the check in was very bad, check in was at 4:00pm I received the key for the room after 7:30pm. The waiting was unacceptable, I was twin boys and having then for so long we waste on the because by the time the Water Park were closed. The next day the Water Park was overcrowded there were not enough lifeguards at the site. I almost lose one of my twin.
