They need more help.

I was really disappointed about this RESORT I expected more. The first the check in was very bad, check in was at 4:00pm I received the key for the room after 7:30pm. The waiting was unacceptable, I was twin boys and having then for so long we waste on the because by the time the Water Park were closed. The next day the Water Park was overcrowded there were not enough lifeguards at the site. I almost lose one of my twin.

I enjoyed my stayed at the Quality Inn! It was clean, comfortable and close to everything! 10 minutes from West Palm beach. The people at the front desk were all helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.
