Its more of a Motel feel than hotel. Some of the lights weren’t working and there were no lights in the bathroom at all. Area feels a little off, not sure how to explain that. At the end of the day, it was a decent clean bed and good AC. That’s all I was really looking for.

Property did not provide proper linens, floors room was dirty and sticky, none operational toilet, maintenance had it fix and left water all over in the bathroom floors. I had 2 night recervation, I had to cancel because the conditions and still got the 2 day charges.

Royal Inn Rocks (for those on a budget)
Royal Inn is THE place to stay if you're going to a concert at iThink amphitheatre and don't want to drive home, and you're on a budget .... or would rather spend your money on a concert t-shirt! ($40.00 !!!!) The place is quiet and feels safe, the pool area is actually excellent and there are soooooo many local dining options. I never ate at the restaurant on site, but it smelled so good that I plan on trying it next time. We did love that pizza hut is in a building on site, was easy to order and pick up our 🍕

Poor choice
Roaches in room, key pad stopped working. Maintenance had to let us in twice. Alarm went off at 4am and 5:50am. Rude front desk…won’t stay here ever again

Best to avoid
This property was not at all what it appeared on this site. It felt extremely unsafe. The place is old and mildewy smelling. The room was not clean. Lots of loud people each night. The photos on here were taken from some very clever angles. Unfortunately the only hotel within a short driving distance that was reasonably priced. Regardless of that I will happily drive further and pay more rather than come back.

bugs Bugs BUGS!!!
It was terrible. There was a bunch of critters in the room. We saw lizards and roaches crawling on the floor, and ants in the bed. It was the most disgusting hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. We literally almost left, but since it was only overnight we decided to try our best to make it through. But this hotel was truly a horror story!
