Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary—everything surpassed our expectations. Even during a tornado alert, the atmosphere remained calm and serene. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. Having access to a washer was a huge plus for our family on a 9-day trip. I also want to highlight Zhanna at the front desk. Every time we walked in, she greeted us with a warm, genuine welcome and was always eager to help us. Her exceptional service truly elevated our experience—she was the cherry on top of a perfect stay!

My only complaint is that the temp in the room didn't go below 73° and it was warm to sleep. We had to sleep across the bed to be under the vent and uncovered. The thermostat was set to 65°.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. First, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 a.m., well before the 11 a.m. checkout time, and returned again at 10:30 a.m., which felt intrusive. We were told breakfast was served until 10 a.m., but when we arrived at 9:30 a.m., it had already been packed up. The front desk staff was rude, shouting that breakfast ends at 9:30 a.m. on weekdays. Fortunately, a kind busboy offered us some leftover eggs and waffles. The staff at check-in was cold and unwelcoming, and the rooms are outdated, with carpeting in the kitchen and bathroom sink area, which raised hygiene concerns. Overall, I was not pleased with my stay and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Stayed for one night for a work trip. The room was clean however the set up was awkward. The building looks like it needed some updating. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were okay - cold/hot cereal, some eggs/breakfast protein, fruits, and some juices and coffee. I would stay again.

The big positive, is that the front desk staff named Ylanna was very nice, friendly, gave great suggestions on where to go and always very helpful. The big negative was the beds were not a queen size like we were told and they were very uncomfortable that we didn’t enjoy our week in the hotel.
