We loved the staff members. The front desk ladies was awesome The only issued we had was the beds. They weren't very comfortable, It was a hole in the middle. But we understand that you are under renovation and you will take care of this. We are planning to come back to this hotel because the stuff were very nice.

Check in was great. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was very good. Lots of selections. But I asked for a wake up call twice, once at the desk, and once we called from the room. Never got the call. Thankful that we had figured out how to set the alarm clock. Also the toilet in the room would not fill up in the tank, had to keep removing the top and jiggle the contraption to get the tank to fill. All in all, very nice and roomy room. Would stay here again.

The staff was excellent and the breakfast that was available was very good. The hotel is now being refurbished and the 2 top floors are currently closed to the public. Looking forward to the updates.
