I would not recommend this hotel. The environment felt unsafe, especially during the evening hours. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards — the room was dirty, with stained linens and a strong odor. Common areas were poorly maintained and gave off an overall neglected vibe. Definitely not the experience I expected.

The staff is very rude, hotel was run down the tv was broken as well as the toilet, do not book here. Hotels.com said the room was smoking at check out I was told the room is non smoking

No Air!

The cooler does not cool the room, cant sleep it to dam hot! Charged a higher deposit then posted, sink wont drain, floor is dirty, horrible

So MUCH wrong with this place! Eventually moved rooms and that one wasnt any better!!! Even had this giant ass roach in it!!! These are size 10 shoes!!!

The staff was nice but the condition of the hotel was terrible. No clock, lock on the door was broken, no smoke alarm, no supplies for the kitchen included with the room. The phone didn’t work and toilet was clogged all weekend. Staff was unavailable to fix these issues.

It's alright could be better. It's one shift crew they're great I can't speak for others. And also the young Maintenance guy he's is great ... Other than me having problems with the toilet the stay is great
