The room was spacious and clean, though a bit worn. (Chipped paint, holes in curtains...nothing major). Staff, especially the fellow who checked me in, were pleasant and helpful. The grounds are pleasant and well-maintained. My room, accessible only via a spiral staircase, was awkward for someone with balance issues and a large suitcase. Parking could be a bit dicey.

Great property, love the views, the pool, easy parking. So convenient to downtown Palm Springs with all the dining and shops. Can stroll down quiet streets of the movie colony checking out homes of movie stars of the past. Really feel part of the ‘old Palm Springs vibe.’

The hotel room or I should say motel it was absolutely disgusting. I could hardly breathe. It smelled like poop. The worst bed and pillows ever. Absolutely horrible room the lobby and grounds looked decent but the room was disgusting.
