The staff were helpful and very friendly. The room was spacious and quiet. The vibe was very laid back and chill. Walking distance to restaurants and they have a coffee shop and ice cream parlor next door. We enjoyed playing bocce ball and ending our evenings in the jacuzzi.

This was my first time visiting Palm Springs and it was a great experience due to the staff being very helpful. From ordering by the pool or fixing an issue with my shower, they were very attentive and made my stay completely comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you want good customer service and a unique place to stay!

We love staying at Arrive and this stay was fabulous for relaxation by the pool. Location is walkable to many restaurants but if you don’t want to go anywhere you can eat and drink right at the hotel. Food is great.
