Nicely renovated, reasonably priced small hotel within easy walking distance of museums and restaurants. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Only surprise was their not having the breakfast laid out, but they said they would get it for us when we asked.

Quaint property with character. Easy walk to amazing restaurants and shopping. Nice pool and hot tub open 24 hours. Free coffee, tea and cocoa available in lobby all day. (Nice treats too) We will return!

Very private interior pool area with balcony areas. The king bedroom was roomy and very nice. Bed very comfortable. The street noise with loud motorcycle and hotrods was annoying until about 9 pm then quiet for most of the night. Fortunately, we are sound sleepers that can tolerate some interruptions.

I like the history and charm of the hotel. It's an older property, so some things aren't perfect or brand new, but for the price and location it's great. All of the staff were very nice and helpful, I would definitely book again.

Location was excellent being right in the centre of town. Charming old building originally built in 1935. Maintenance and cleanliness was amazing. Very cute and comfortable rooms. Exudes old world charm will definitely stay there on my next visit to Palm Springs.

Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. It’s been around since 1930 so no elevator! Rooms are clean and comfortable but could use a little updating. The grounds are very well kept and you will love relaxing by the pool.
