It is so well maintained. The staff is fabulous. Ww would stay there more often if it had a restaurant. Wven if they only offered appetizers. Because they do not have a restaurant, they should have a little market or vending machines with more options.

The room was cleanbed slightly firm but not as comfy as your own bed but will do, the fridge in the room was working great. However, the toiletries such as shampoo,conditioner and body wash were empty and had to finf out in the middle of shower itself.

Everything was great. The only downside is that pool has 2 entrances both on the same side and the room we were in was in the opposite side, which was a bit unconfortable. There were other rooms available closer to the pool entrance and hotel lobby, and given the heat it would have been nicer to be placed in one of those rooms. Other than that there was no restaurant which also would have been nice. But these are small details and our stay was wanderfull.

The hotel is very clean. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was in Dessert Hot Springs visiting family and didn't want to do the 20 minute drive into DHS every day from Palm Springs so this was perfect. Second time staying at this place.

Last-minute Family Staycation

We loved our stay overall. The staff were very courteous and professional. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. The hotel is a bit dated but we don’t mind as the value for what we paid was wonderful.
