The staff is freindly and it is located in a convenient location. Mineral water pool makes this worth the stay. My go to hotel when in Desert Hot Springs.

We booked the room with the jetted mineral water pool and it was amazing not having to leave the room and having access 24/7. We will definitely come back. Our only recommendation would be that the TV in the private pool room gets cable channels instead of it only being able to put DVD movies.

Nice location and staff. Water was not hot like hot springs and now they put way too much clorine in it. Doesn't feel natural anymore. Water is too cold for hot springs. Pool nice but, jacuzzis not hot enough.

I want to come back when its not a holiday. and be able to relax more comfortable in the pools. but overall i felt safe, i did not try the massage but i hope next time i will. everything is clean and the staff are nice. is a decent resort spa when we are on a budget, worth it just to come and relax.
