Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms with the quintessential Palm Springs retro flair. Perfect location to avoid needing a car. The buffet breakfast was a nice touch and well received.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were great and helpful, i requested an early checkbin and they did accommodate me, and inhad two rooms, so greatly appreciated. Parking was good, and piol area felt cozy and private. I appreciate the free breakfast unfortunately we didn't make it to the breakfast. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

It was impossible to sleep with all the loud music blaring from the "Street Bar" until late in the evening. I am upset that we were given this room without the check-in staff telling us that it faces this bar. My 2-year-old grandson kept waking up at night; I couldn't sleep with the constant pounding of the music. If I would have known about this problem, I would have insisted to be given a room in another part of the facility.

The property itself is charming, with Spanish-style architecture, lush landscaping, and a tranquil courtyard that feels like a private oasis. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with two beds, refrigerator, and a microwave. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—plenty of fresh options, including eggs, pastries, and fruit, served in a bright, airy space. This is our second time stay ing there.

I requested a quiet room. My room was at the back of the property, furthest from Indian Canyon. Unfortunately, the maintenance crew have a small room in that back row of rooms - it was 2 doors from my room. During their workday there were times when they were making a lot of noise with manual and power tools. I wasn't in the room all day every day, but when I was in the room during their workday it was not as quiet as I was initially expecting. The shower is mounted on an arm that extends up to the ceiling, so the shower head is a few inches from the ceiling and its angle can't be adjusted. With the standard spray setting the water hits the opposite wall of the shower, a few inches up from the top of the tub. The massage setting made a loud whirring sound, and the third setting basically just dumped water out like a hose. Also, the shower curtain is thin cloth with no waterproof treatment, so if you're not careful you end up finishing your shower only to find that the shower mat and the rest of the bathroom floor is soaked. The refrigerator was very small, and had no separate freezer compartment. I stayed for 6 nights, so I was hoping for a freezer. Also, microwave oven is listed as "available" - that meant a one-time $15 fee. At least it wasn't a nightly fee, but I was expecting "available" to mean I could get one upon request; I wasn't expecting to have to pay for it. Convenient location for exploring downtown PS on foot. Free parking is a big plus.
