I loved the gardens and fountains, and outdoor seating areas. The only thing I didn't like was the difficulty of controlling water temperature in the shower and sink. Location and parking are just great. Easy 15 minute walk to the convention center, 5 minute walk to downtown restaurants, 10 min to the cultural center museum.

Loved this the property. The pool. The bar and some light bites there. Breakfast was decent. Nice room had everything you need. Great central location. Ask for a room not on the first floor - they have an elevator. Older property but well maintained.

The room was very dark like a cave, and we were right in the hallway so had to keep the blinds closed the whole time. Sheets had a stain on them and had to be replaced - this would have been easily visible while bed was being made, why would they not just replace with a clean sheet then? Conditioner dispenser not working in the bathroom (and dispensers generally awkward and inconvenient to use). Very noisy in the morning with the trolley back and forth on the tiles in front of the door starting at 6:30am.

Our room was on the first floor and it was very loud. The breakfast the first day was great. The second day was horrible. It was so bad we didn’t even eat and left. The only nice things I can say are parking and location were great.

Nice property. Convenient location. Decent breakfast. MAJOR CONCERN: our room was located next to front desk, bar and public bathroom. The level of noise was AWFUL (especially at night). Nobody should be given that room!!

Nice quiet hotel, centrally located, reasonably priced. I wouldn't spring for the 'deluxe' king room with hot tub again- I would simply get the regular room. Unless you have several people who want to get in the tub, it's not worth it- it's HUGE and takes 25 minutes just to fill it high enough for the jets to work properly.

Very noisy!
The location is great and the breakfast was good, but my room was Very loud. The building my room was in was at the back of the property, right next to the clubs next door. They need to sound proof that building !
