The pool and hot tub area was amazing. Great restaurant on site for yummy food and drinks. Room was just what we needed. It was a bit challenging getting pool tools but overall a great experience and will come back again!

Love this hotel! Great tiki vibe. It was super dog friendly, the pool and spa were awesome. The property and room were very clean. We loved the bar and the attached Mexican restaurant was also very good. Only issue was check in. The front desk person initaliy refused to check us in because hotel.com somehow had reservation under my birth last name rather than my married name. clearly my first and middle name were a match as well as I had the confirmation codes and emails. She said nope sorry can’t check you in and told me to call hotels.com who of course had no one to help me. Just a message “we are unavailable. She offered zero solutions and initially refused to call the manager . So we drove 3 hours only to be treated like we were trying to get something over on the hotel? I’ve booked with hotels,com multiple times and apparently under my birth ladt name and I’ve had zero issues with other hotels. Finally she called her manager (I literally had to demand I mean where were we susposed to sleep after we prepaid for the room and were traveling with our dogs. The manager had her check us in. I mean I get it the name thing but she was initially condescending and refused to help with zero empathy. But hotel was great ! I will not book with hotel.com in the future. It should be noted that my legal name was ,clearly in my hotel.com profile so I have no idea how my birth name was added to the reservation.

This is a "budget" stay and as expected. The nice aspect is in the rooms with double queens, have an extra bonus TV den area that really makes the room feel a bit bigger. The adjacent Mexican restaraunt and bar is really nice and convenient.

Cool atmosphere with the tropical feel, we were a little disappointed in the noise. The walls are thin, and air conditioner was loud. The floors are dirty, so make sure you keep your shoes on or bring slippers. The pool was warm and a nice area. Staff was nice, didn’t really use them other to check in.

My favorite part was the little park available for my puppy to run around. There was a poop bag station which was very convenient. Floors were tile and hardwood which is a plus. Cleanliness was good. We had a small fridge and folks were very nice! We would come back next time we go to Palm Springs.

We stayed in the suite and had ample amount of space. No microwave, which was an oversight on my part, main got a bummer to re heat our food from The Reef, which is next to the hotel. The Ambiance of the hotel was beautiful and amazing. Our interactions with anyone who worked there was great. We are looking forward to another visit.
