budget priced, get what you pay for
Place is getting old and showing its age. Things are kind of "shabby," the furniture in the room is not very comfortable, the bed is, however. On the plus side it does not smell funky like some older hotels do. The staff was very nice and friendly. The first room they gave us had not been cleaned to we went right back downstairs and they did have a clean one for us. Free breakfast was decent.

Everything was great except for two minor problems. First we put in for a 5 am wake-up call. We had to be somewhere by 8 am. They never called and we woke up at 7 am. We were late getting to our destination and missed our appointment. The second was large trucks had parked in a way that used up multiple parking spaces. This left no parking near the motel. We had to park at some adjoining businesses and haul our luggage back to the motel.

Not every staff was awful - however our window was wide open when we finally settled and called. It couldn't be fixed. We weren't offered another room. 3rd floor unsafe a liability. We put a towel between where it couldn't close. We should of been fully refunded. Not a thing was done. The morning staff acted better but since we use Expedia nothing was done. I didn't sleep, it was noisy and I am hearing impaired so that's says a lot and it was cold we cranked the heater up due to the cold air coming into the window which wouldn't shut and no screen! Needs to be reported!

Comfort Inn is so much nicer then the Motel 6 next door. We got great vakue for the money and the room was great for the price we paid. Too bad it didn’t happen on the 12/31/2024 trip. And the really bad part was they do not price match or offer deals like other Hotels 😞

Great service! Karen was welcoming and thorough with the check-in process. In the room, there were some stains on the walls, the blow dryer wasn’t working, and the dead bolt wasn’t latching. Minor things but overall it was a pleasant stay.
