Nondescript property that is fine for few nights to rest/sleep in. Price is reasonable and the central location to various destinations around Palm Desert makes the property a convenient choice. Hotel amenities and surrounding area are not very inviting.

Worst hotel!

Awful hotel and services!! Its shameful!! Front desk receptionist changed our room type from king bed to double without any notice and reimbursement!! And i paid additional fee for king bed! He lied to me saying that added my stay to my Marriott Bonvoy account which he never did. Beds was broken and dirty, closet door failed on my wife! Rooms are dirty! Pool is dirty as well! No room service, no daily housekeeping!!! As a former Marriott associate I was so embarrassed!! Door is not closing properly! Someone tried to break in to my car on the parking lot during a night! No security!
