Cold “hot tub” never got to “hot tub” status. Shower ceiling is collapsing and caving in. Old shower head. Shower tub would fill with water even when showering due to not closing right from water spout. Pool has cracked flooring

Nice Birthday Getaway
The check in was great. The front desk was super nice and friendly. The first room was nice and clean and the beds were so comfortable. Except for the bugs (Looked like a Roach) i found 2 of them in the room The second room was nice too BUT the beds weren't so comfortable. They were older and hard and were able to feel the springs. The AC worked but not so great as the room wouldn't get cold even with it at the lowest temperature. The bathroom was a little warm also but they were nice and up to date. The pool area was awesome. Loved our little patio attached to the pool area. We met some great neighbors and had a fun time all weekend in the pool.

We always enjoy our stay here. Good size rooms that have nice decor, outside area of the hotel is clean and staff is great. Rooms are priced nicely and have a fridge and microwave with parking.

I was disappointed because in the pic the rooms looked nice and also said tgey had a bbq, grill 2 pools ans one jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was hot. The beds were horrible not comfortable to sleep i could feel the metal through the matres. The rooms were small but seem old school. Toilet looked like they hadnt washed it the cleaning last didnt stoped we had ti ask for towls and she said shell stop by if we needed. In the oic they had white sheets and expected the room to be a bit bigger since it was a delux but the guys said they dont use white sheets and i got that room because i saw white sheets in the pic Over all it wasn horrible but i wouldn't stay there again but you get what you pay for . The staff was nice the amn in chaged was friendly and helpful seem like he was in charge of doikg everything. Not alot of staff available. I think they need to update their information so thwres no misunderstandings.
