Meh

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However the room was super outdated and in need of repair. The toilet seat was broken, cabinets didn’t close. The pillows were thin and there were no extra towel or pillows in the room. In the end, it was fine for the one night we were there and the pools were novel but we would not stay here again.

This property is advertised as being ADA compliant, but it’s not. I am on a walker and had to go up a little flight of steps and then over huge bumps into the room. There was a large pile of white powder underneath the ‘kitchen in a cabinet. Mold? We paid an exorbitant amount of money for this terrible hotel in a bad neighborhood out in the middle of the desert because of Coachella.

A nice stay but the kids were playing and splashing around in the hot tubs instead of using the pool so it was not very relaxing for the adults. I almost got into a fight with one of the gangster parents when I asked for them to please quiet down there kids.

Pools and pool area are great. The rooms are clean, but the furniture and beds need upgrading. The staff was very personable and nice. We arrived early and enjoyed the pools while they readied the room. It has a gated area to park your vehicle overnight.

The pools stayed open 24hrs! It's very kid-friendly- the hot tubs are perfect temps. The pool is a little cold, but you get used to it. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

I’ve been coming to this place for decades. For a period of time I was only booking at Miracle, their sister “resort “ next door… But I do like the old world retro vibes of the original place. I just wish that they would clean the pools more often, especially at night But it’s a great price and I really love the atmosphere.

Property is run down, food and drink are expensive. Rooms need updated. Pool deck was dirty. If you know what you’re expecting it’s ok. The hotel is safe and the weather and water are wonderful.

The pools never close. People drink, talk loudly and smoke at the pool area till 3 am. We could not sleep. The rooms are very old. Lots of chairs and cigaret packs in the pool water. People are not required to shower before entering the pools.
