Scanned the app for parking and was double charged. Hotel said that’s my problem because a third party vendor manages that piece and wrote an email for me to deal with it. Beware!!!

The staff was really helpful, the room was clean and the property was well maintained. The breakfast buffet was a hit with the kids. The only issue was we had to wait for two hours past check in time for our room to be available. Otherwise, good value for families visiting the desert.

On checkout I asked the front desk to express my disappointment to the manager. Thought I would at least get a email apologizing for the oversight. Nothing,oh well just a comment

The TV was broken, TV was replaced. Washer and dryer was broken, had to go off site to wash clothes. The air unit made a lot of noise in the room. House keeping never came for the 3 days we were there, did request service but never came.
