I would definatly stay here again! Family friendly! Breakfast was great the rooms were so spacious! In a very convinient location. The price was great. The only take away was the rooms are a tad old. The bathroom was veeery small and needed some attention.

Careful of chairs around the pool, they are made with black metal that in 104 degree heat gave me a mild burn. also they took out all the big tables with chairs so if you have difficulty getting out of very low lounge chairs you may be in trouble.

Excellent Stay

The hotel staff and their administration were wonderful. This is my third stay there and I will continue to stay there every time I visit the Palm Springs area. We have elderly people in our group and they have always been accommodating supporting and caring. Gema in administration is just amazing. I will continue as I said to be a loyal member just because of hotels like this.

The room was outdated and the carpet needs to be removed. The AC unit condensation pipe was leaking into the sink from the ceiling. The shower curtain smelled like a wet towel. I did see another room down the hall from our room and it was completely updated. It had newer furniture and hardwood floors. The pool area is nice. They do need newer towels though. All of the towels were very old and thin. We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail hour and had a few more drinks at the bar. Breakfast was very good too! Plenty of options for everyone. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I spoke to Aaron at the front desk regarding the leak and he was very accommodating and understanding to my complaint about the leak. We didn’t use the gym but did see it and it had plenty of options for a good workout.

The staff here is super friendly! The room was clean and very nice. Loved the pool! You could bring your own food and drinks. The complementary drinks at happy hour was awesome! Kenny the bartender was attentive and fun! Took care of everyone with a smile on his face. The free breakfast is really good. Made to order omelets. Already looking to book here again!!
