We had a wonderful time. Room very clean however there was a leaking pipe above the bedroom sink, that dripped on my head when brushing my teeth and rinsing my mouth 😳 Apparently it is there for the air conditioner run off to go into the sink from above. The hotel housekeeper was informed and apparently the plan is to eventually re route it😀 Otherwise the staff is awesome, very helpful and friendly. Wonderful service all around! Great breakfasts, and evening receptions! Will definitely return for another stay!

We were moved 3 separate times because the initial room had insects, larvae, and was dirty. The subsequent rooms were equally unclean. Disappointingly Orbitz has not been able to get a refund for the stay, even though the staff at Embassy promised a refund.

The AC did not work in the room they gave me. Maintenance told me they have been having problems in that room and offered me a fan.. No way when it was over 100 degrees outside. Front desk had attitude and said they were sold out. I eventually did get another room but rug was still wet and the couch but I did get AC..

We did it did lac a little security, like at the pool. I know there we no life guards, other people stay there brought in a lot of beer to the pool area and didn’t clean up after themselves and there was no restroom near the pool

Loved our breakfast.. Breakfast selection and the omelette station was the best! Room was clean, lay out was great . I love the living room separated from the bedroom. Staff was excellent . They say no food and drinks by the pool but no staff was monitoring . I also recommend to upgrade carpets n couch . We booked two rooms and one room the carpet was clean but smelled moldy. Over all we enjoyed our stay and will re book in the future ..
