Mostly enjoyable

Everything was really good except for customer service..i didn't have a working phone in my room...I asked three times for someone to fix it and they never did. I also asked for a blow dryer and I never got that e8ther..however, the room was clean. And large and breakfast was wonderful!!!! So was the coffee. All in all I would stay again.

The trip was great hotel was good. Good breakfast and free snacks & drinks between 5:00pm to 7pm. Only thing i didn't like was the hot tube was not hot it was luke warm.

Quiet and comfortable place to stay. The happy hour drinks in the early evening were a great way of unwinding from the day of activities. The morning breakfast with omelet bar was a great way to start the day.

The people working at the hotel were great. Lobby and grounds were nice but our room was terrible. Weird layout, very noisy floor above the bedroom, lots of issues with Wi-Fi that didn’t really work, dated finishes, and a tiny bathroom. The room was dark and there was trash in the stairs between floors. Definitely won’t stay there again.

Embassy hotel very good place to stay. Convenient, safe, no problem parking, simply a perfect spot in Palm Desert. Will stay there again when in town!

No thanks.

I won’t stay again. Walls and ceiling are thin. I could hear the person a floor above walking back and forth. Thermostat didn’t work and room was cold. Not even a plastic glass was provided. Then you had to pay for parking by using an app you had to scan and pay by credit card. Hard to do on a dark cold night. The light line for the free breakfast was out the door. Never again.
