Our weekend stay went great here with amazing staff and amazing service! The people that work here are the ones that truly make this place get 5 stars! Upon check in we realized our room did not have a sofa bed as booked online and Vanessa at front desk made sure to fix the issue immediately. Got the new room, it was nice and clean and a spacious suite with a brand new sofa bed plastic still intact my husband had to remove it. If we needed to request anything it was through text and was quickly delivered. The pool was fun for the kids and every morning was thoroughly cleaned, we saw pool cleaned every morning on our way to breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet had good options to pick from and an omelette bar! Staff member there made sure everything was in stock and nothing was running low. Mike at the bar was great during happy hour, the first night we got there we missed happy hour by a few minutes and he still took care of us so we truly appreciated it. Aaron helped us with late checkout due to our son's sports tournament we were running behind and again Aaron and the staff made sure to help us out with what they could! Thank you staff for going above what is required of u to make this space and our stay wonderful!

First time here, not in Palm Springs but this resort. We absolutely loved it and already raved about it to our friends. The staff are nice , the grounds are kept beautiful and just a great location.

Our stay was amazing! It was 115 degrees and the a/c in the room was working perfectly, the bathrooms were clean and the drain doesn't clog. We feel safe and there are a lot of elevators situated around the hotel, so you don't need to walk a long way to haul your luggage around just to enter or exit the building. And pool closes at 10pm! So we have a great day to do our business and still dip in the pool for a long time at night.

Everything was great! This is my absolute favorite place to stay when we visit Pal Desert. Stay is so engaging, the rooms are spacious and very clean, food selection is great and the complimentary cocktail hour is terrific! The bartender is the best!
