Clean basic hotel.
Basic hotel, clean, included a hot breakfast of sorts. No character, just a typical business hotel. Reason for one star deduction was that the front desk had no one there when we tried to check in and when we tried to check out. I think they may be under-staffing. That was really frustrating.

Everything was excellent on cleanliness and service. Only down side is the area lost power for over an hour and we almost got stuck in the elevator literally a minute after we got off the elevator the power went out.

Very surprised—the property looked new, but the thermostat was practically hanging off the wall, there wasn’t much vent airflow in the bathroom, and there were no extra pillows (and none for the pullout couch) provided in the room. Overall, the room overall took a long time to get to a comfortable temperature. Also, the shower pressure was extremely low. But the staff were very nice and welcoming.
