Excepcional service , Raphael greeted us with a smile. He was very friendly and attentive. We had told him we hadnt had dinner and quickly he gave us óptions close by and offered us a coupon TexasRoadhouse. Breakfast was 5/10 , they should have prepared for a big group. Not much options, Oatmeal toppings were not fresh.

Weekend stay

There are many shops and places to go eat around the hotel. Casinos very close from the hotel as well. We are not sure if there was free breakfast, we think they did but there was no notification nor on the card/key given. The concern is that during check-in, I was asked for my ID and CC to make a copy due to their check-in system being down. I appreciate the efforts of this process so we can be allowed to check-in without waiting but now in days it is hard to allow to copy such documents without knowing if it was properly destroyed afterwards. Should I have the right to refuse to check in with a copy? The worst part is that I was told my CC did not go through twice, but it was okay since I used Hotels.com? I could not sleep and felt uneasy all weekend thinking, I know better of not copying my checking card or my ID. Other than that everything was good.
