Run Down Facility

Upon checking in, we could not gain access to our room via the key card, as it was not properly activated. Had to go back to front desk for re-activation. When we got into the room we needed to place some perishables in the mini fridge. When I opened the fridge door, the unit almost toppled over, as it was missing a front stabilizing leg, Next tried to use the small floor standing tray table, but it was broken. It leaned so much, things rolled off. The air conditioning system was incredibly loud, so we did not get a great nights sleep. Breakfast in the morning was ok, nothing special, but it was tasty

Pros - Super clean, spacious, easy check-in, ample parking, comfy mattress, good coffee, attractive room, close to shops & restaurants Cons - down pillows (which I hate), broken table, a light fixture by the bed wasn't working, I have hEDS & down pillows make me feel really uncomfortable. I spent an hour trying to get comfortable then called the front desk and asked if they had any cotton or firmer pillows. A nice young man brought me the firmest pillow they had & it saved me! I was able to get some sleep. Customer service at this hotel is A+.

Clean room and nice staff. Wasn’t a big fan of breakfast, and location next to power station and cell phone tower on its roof not ideal. Easy parking included. Decent rate. No riff rad and near El Paseo and Indian Wells.

Best stay for all

I’ve been coming here for about 1 1/2 years and I’m never disappointed. Breakfast is a must plus with many choices. While others state “free breakfast” it’s normally a continental breakfast. But here it’s a full blown breakfast with hot choices as well. I fully recommend anyone to stay here, you’ll be pleased!

We only had decaf coffee in our room, so when leaving for the evening I asked the front desk if they could find some regular coffee and put it in our room while we were at our concert. When we returned they had put 3 coffee pods in our room as requested. Very nice! They also had some drink and munchies available when we got in late from our event.

Loved everything about this hotel the staff were so friendly, the breakfast buffet was great, it was in a great location. The bed linens and beds were super clean and comfortable.
