The hotel is in an excellent location in a very nice part of Palm Desert. It is literally across the road from The River which has shopping and restaurants. It is just off the 111 but is still quite. This isn’t the newest or fanciest hotel, but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were friendly. I would come back to this Holiday Inn for sure.

All great except pool and jacuzzi

Bed and pillows were great all was clean and the breakfast was good One complaint Pool and jacuzzi were really dirty and jacuzzi was not heated so not due to that and dirtiness it was unusable
