Hot Stay

We stay here in a regular basis so usually don’t have any issues. But at this trip, I was put in two rooms that had air conditioners that did not work. They were able to get me in a room that the AC worked. It was a bit frustrating. The first front desk person was extremely helpful. The second front desk person seemed to be bothered that I was calling her. I understand we all have bad moments, but I was asking for help. And with the air conditioning not working while it was extremely hot out. I was very happy that it was finally corrected and I was placed in a room with a working air conditioner. Besides the young lady at the front desk, everybody else was kind and helpful as always, just a little hiccup on my stay. We always enjoy staying at Homewood Suites and look forward to our next stay without any complications.

They are pet friendly and that was a huge plus for our family traveling with our dog. It was a very clean and beautiful property. The customer service was amazing and we can’t wait to come back soon.

Awesome stay here. They are currently going under construction but yet i was not bothered by any of the noise levels. The property is kept up very well and staff were always available. Parking was so convenient and the area around the property was beautiful. Will be booking again!
