The staff here is EXCELLENT, and working with some interesting conditions at that hotel. Valet, Reception, and service were all attentive and kind. The building could definitely use a deep cleaning and possible renovation of flooring and resurfacing of non-carpeted walkways. The pool was the unfortunate part of the visit. The water was cloudy, greasy and needed more than a shock. For a property hosting and charging for pool parties, this needs to be addressed and corrected ASAP. People are going to get sick. We would definitely stay at Hotel Zoso again, especially if they get the pool figured out.

Stayed here for the pool party so it was convenient but Sunday didn’t go well lol that sucked also my room 254, I would only purchase pool view only due to the fact you can hear people walking above you and it’s not quiet.

Great location in downtown PS, Walking distance to everything, Casino, Museums, Restaurants its all within walking distance. Hotel is a little run down , pool is just ok but again the location makes up for it .

Staff provided us an older room with water damage on the ceiling. We paid extra for a city view and were given a view of an abandoned hotel that was all chained up called marquis villa. I found an insect in the bed on night one and ended up getting bites on my leg. So did the guy I came with. Neighbors were noisy. Felt like a Carnival cruise and not a relaxing 4 star PS resort.

Can’t wait for next visit!

Great customer service , only downfall is, all of the extra amenities such as lounge bar and cafe is not available for service during weekdays . After check in and thinking to have an evening glass of wine or good cup of coffee in the morning we find out that service is not available , only open for service on weekends. But because the staff was so nice , I would make this hotel my first choice .

The hotel lobby and room size was great. Hall ways had a lot of stains on the rug. Doesn't look like it was vacuumed in a week. The pool area was in really dirty. Empty cans and plastic cups laying around and under furniture. Doesn't look like anyone was out there to straighten up the pool area in awhile. The pool deck was filthy too. Lots of stains that hadn't been cleaned up. Great location, this could be a really nice place if some cleaning details were addressed.

Great Location

Hotel was centrally located to downtown Palm Springs. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean and staff was courteous and helpful.
