It’s really a shame that this hotel has so much unrealized potential. Great location. Good bones, but it is so run down and dirty. The pool area is especially run-down and dirty. We were there for 3 days and there was the same dirty cups, trash, and spills on the concrete the entire visit. The cushions on the recliners were so stained, I didn’t want to sit on them. There were spill stains and used Q-tips on our patio. It’s as if no-one cleaned up the area at all. All of the concrete needs a power wash which I saw them using in the front entrance of the hotel.
We were there during the week and unfortunately there was no service in the pool area and the lobby bar closed at 9:00 even though there were 5 customers sitting there.
The rooms were clean, although there were definitely some worn spots on the bathroom wall and sticky glue on the sliding glass door.
I will be finding another place to stay next time we go to Palm Springs.
