We had to move out of the first room because the door wouldn’t close, the second room had the dirtiest and rustiest bathtub that game me health concerns, the toilet didn’t flush and we had to have maintenance crew in, then found out the bathroom sink didn’t drain and had to have another maintenance crew in. Overall, dirty, poor managed, and inconvenient to have to unpack then pack to move and upack again just to find out that things don’t function properly………. I won’t go back there anymore :(

Great location in downtown Palm Springs. Easy walking distance to the Palm Springs Art Museum and the Skyline Trail for hiking. Close, within half-mile of many different shops and eateries. Great staff and the elevators remind me of other Hyatt Hotels I've been to (Hyatt Regency Embarcadero, for one)

Besides the A/C unit sounded like it was crashing in our dining area, we did have an overall excellent stay. All the staff (front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and of course the bartenders, were friendly and accommodating. Me and my family had a great, quiet weekend, despite being Labor Day weekend. And the Mountain View’s were so peaceful.

Terrible property. We had 2 nights reservation for 3 rooms, but non of was wanted to stay there and we left property second day. Dirty, stinking rooms, shower head was broken, noisy AC, stains on bed. Rooms were non smoking but you fould feel the smell of cigarette smoke. Pool is dirty also. Were keep calling reception but phones are busy all the time. Awful experiance. Do not waste your money and not screwed up your vacation.

I really enjoyed my experience here! The staff were always friendly and the hotel is very clean. I was impressed with the size of my room and it was comfortable! The pool was also great! I was traveling alone and always felt safe. I even got to check in early when I arrived! Definitely would recommend.

I like the place, room spacious,clean. Some staff look unhappy. But anyway i am only not happy when after i check in with room key and open the door but there is someone inside our room assign, i am so disappointed about that. Went back to the lobby, they don’t have an answer why someone is in our Room. And they said the only room available that time is wheelchair accessible for disable and the other room is too far away from the elevator and lobby. So we picked the disabled access one because we don’t have a choice, our tv there is no guest assign, mostly we got a welcome greeting in the tv with our last name but even the front desk is confused what room we are assign, but anyway im just disappointed we didn’t get the room that it is assigned for us, probably that room with our welcome guest name in the tv. But the place is nice walkable to downtown.
